Article 1: Purpose

This Code of Ethics sets forth the guiding principles of conduct for all officers and employees of Green X, with the objective of ensuring that duties are performed with a strong sense of social responsibility, high ethical standards, and unwavering integrity.

Article 2: Integrity and Honesty

All officers and employees shall act with integrity at all times. Any acts involving falsehood, fraud, concealment, or deception are strictly prohibited. Information must be conveyed accurately, fairly, and without distortion.

Article 3: Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies. No individual shall maintain or establish any relationship with antisocial forces or criminal organizations under any circumstances.

Article 4: Protection of Confidential Information

All confidential information obtained through the course of duties—including that related to clients, business partners, and the company itself—shall be strictly protected. Unauthorized disclosure or leakage of such information is prohibited both during and after employment.

Article 5: Avoidance of Conflicts of Interest

Avoid any conduct in which personal interests conflict with the interests of the company. A strict separation between personal and professional affairs shall be required.

Article 6: Prohibition of Harassment

Sexual, psychological, or physical harassment—as well as any form of discrimination—is strictly prohibited. All employees shall contribute to fostering a workplace culture of respect, inclusion, and diversity.

Article 7: Appropriate Handling of Gifts and Entertainment

The exchange of gifts and entertainment must remain within the bounds of common sense and appropriateness. Any conduct that could be construed as bribery or the offering/acceptance of improper benefits is strictly forbidden.

Article 8: Consideration for the Environment and Society

In pursuit of a sustainable society, the company shall actively engage in environmental conservation and social contribution activities.

Article 9: Response to Violations

Any actions in violation of this Code shall be subject to strict disciplinary measures, including but not limited to termination of employment. Officers and employees who become aware of violations must report them to the company without delay.
